Talk to an Estimator
Real estimators answer the phone and the inbox, not a call centre.
Whether you have a bid due Friday, a question about a past estimate, or you're weighing up a monthly retainer, get in touch the way that suits you. If you already have drawings, the fastest route is to send them for a free quote.

Common Questions Before Getting in Touch
Do you only work with contractors in Texas?
No. Our office is in Plano, but we estimate projects in all 50 states and price every estimate to the project's own ZIP code, not to Texas rates.
Can I meet the estimator working on my project?
Yes. We're happy to set up a call or video meeting to walk through scope before we start or through the estimate after delivery. Repeat clients work with the same dedicated estimator.
I'm not sure my drawings are complete enough. Should I still send them?
Yes. We'll tell you which estimate class the set supports, what accuracy range that means, and what extra information would tighten it: before you commit to anything.
How do I send an addendum on a project you've already estimated?
Reply on your project email thread with the addendum attached, or email it to info@primeestimation.com with the project name. We update the affected line items on the same estimate rather than starting again.
